Pest Control Scope of Work

Orchard River Garden Park's contract with Rigo Pest Prevention can be found below.  Treatment includes the exterior of the homes, under windows and up the walkway to your front door. This includes treatment for roaches. They use granules along the front of the home under the windows to kill roaches. They spray along the back fences. They do not treat backyards.

In motion 2023-08-21-5 the board approved a treatment for sewer roaches.
