How to pay your monthly dues

Orchard River contracts with HBS Stratford Community Management to manage the Associations' finances.  Dues are paid to HBS.  Your payment is due on the first of the month.  Per CC&R V.2 a payment for a particular month is deemed late if it is unpaid fifteen (15) or more days after its due date.  Per policy delinquent fee is 10% of the unpaid balance as of the 16th of the month.
